Yeah that Tsimikas was reported to have agreed terms ages ago. He must be travelling to Leeds on all fours or summat.

I think we need a mix of players with Prem experience and talent from the continent (some gems about for reasonable prices). But with the defence I think the first category is best. A lot of our defenders were shite last time we were in the prem and many were from abroad (Llorente, Firpo, Koch, Kristensen etc.). The lot of em looked lost, despite coming with decent pedigree. Couldn't adapt.
Then again maybe that was more of an Orta thing, his inability to identify attributes that players needed. Dunno.

Never heard of him. From what I've read online most folk seem to think he'll be a squad player. Makes sense, replacing Joseph or Bamford with a free. Leaves us with more to spend on priority signings.
